Don Dwyer, Sr. began what would eventually become Neighborly when he developed Rainbow International. He envisioned a company that would specialize in buying and building related businesses that would provide high-quality residential and light commercial services. That vision continues to be implemented today by the company's leadership team, led by President and CEO, Mike Bidwell.
